   When you book a discovery session with me it is my main priority to make the whole experience as comfortable as possible.

Therefore we will arrange a time that suits you and the best way to meet whether that be virtually or a face to face session. We will spend between 1 to 1.5 hours where I can discover as much as possible about you, your current state of health and level of fitness so I can get the best idea of how I can help you. You will also get the time to ask any questions you have about me and what you can expect from the sessions we have together. I will also assess your breathing, give you some basic information and teach you some simple techniques that you can go away with to get started. Once you discover the power of the breath and the many benefits, we can then discuss the best options for you moving forward to begin your journey towards a healthier life.
