In this course you will have a 1.5 hour discovery session where we will do an assessment on your health and fitness, find out all about you and your routine so based on that information we can put together a detailed training routine personalised to your specific needs. Then over 11 weeks and 11, 1 hour training sessions you will be instructed in all techniques and exercises needed to advance and how to incorporate them in to your life for maximum results. For Athletes and sporting individuals you will also have the option to purchase a sports training mask for added results and a pulse oximeter to show and record heart rate and spo2 readings. You will also be taught how to incorporate your Breathing routine into your sport or activity.
