In this course you will learn all the foundations of functional breathing, you will be guided through all the exercises needed to get your breathing to the place it needs to be to impact your overall health and fitness. Over the later weeks based on your progression you will get to the intermediate level where you will advance in exercise level to gain all benefits and make it a new lifelong health habit. Included in course :- * Discovery session, an in-depth consultation where your breathing is assessed in order to individualise your programme, explanation of some of the science and expected benefits etc. beginning exercises and techniques to get started. * Personalised programme tailored to your specific needs, at each session. * 7 x 1 hour ongoing sessions learning and practicing all exercises needed with feedback and ongoing support to take you to a new healthy habit for life.
